Each team's spymaster knows which words belong to their team. Operatives use the clue to find those words, avoiding the other team's words and the assassin. Finding all your team's words wins; revealing the assassin loses the game. An illegal clue also loses the game, so choose a clue that isn't a form of a visible board word.
Bots use a fixed association table; AI players are language models that reason about the board. You can play a quick bot game without an account. A free confirmed account unlocks AI games, subject to the allowance shown on the home page.
